**CRD Dubai is hiring a Senior Advisor — Strategic Partnerships & Donor Engagement**
Independent consultancy. Performance-based. Global remit, MENA anchor.
We are looking for a senior operator with a real network across donors, foundations, Gulf philanthropy, family offices and CSR platforms: someone who knows how to open doors and convert conversations into partnerships.
This is not a staff role. No salary, no fixed retainer. Compensation is tied to outcomes and structured against engagement
